This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Saskatchewan Power Corporation (“SaskPower”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Boundary Dam Power Station Roof Replacement, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “ Work”).

SaskPower is a Saskatchewan Crown Corporation continued under The Power Corporation Act (Saskatchewan). It is principally responsible for the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity for most of Saskatchewan.

This Contract is for the removal and replacement of the Water Treatment Plant (WTP) roof at Boundary Dam Power Station.

- All attendees are to RSVP no later than March 1, 2021 to confirm their attendance. If confirmation of attendance isn’t received to the Procurement Contact within this time, attendees may not be allowed on site, due to capacity limits.
- Physical Distances guidelines to be followed while on site, which include the following, but not limited to:
  
  2 meter distance between attendees
  
  Mandatory use of mask when social distancing isn’t possible (non-medical cloth mask is acceptable)
- PPE required including CSA approved hi-vis clothing, safety glasses, hard hat and safety footwear. Additional PPE specific to the COVID-19 pandemic the proponent deems necessary can also be worn.
  
  Any changes to this Site Meeting, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, will be communicated via Merx.

This opportunity is restricted to suppliers who qualify as a New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA) Region Supplier.

Both a Microsoft Word and an Adobe PDF version of the RFP and Appendix C - Agreement are provided. If there is any inconsistency or discrepancy between the Word version and the PDF version of this RFP and Appendix C - Agreement, the PDF version shall prevail.
