This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Saskatchewan Power Corporation (“SaskPower”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals to provide SaskPower with the labour and equipment to build approximately 4.5kms of V-Pigeon-14.4kv overhead powerline and build approximately 11kms of V-Raven-14.4kv overhead powerline along the road allowance as shown on the maps. Install approximately 24.5kms of #2 underground primary cable, install approximately 140m of 350mcm underground secondary cable, install approximately 40m of 1/0 underground secondary cable into yards as shown on the maps. Upon completion of new build, salvage approximately 29kms of overhead powerline and associated hardware out of the fields. Work is located in the Cypress Hills area in the Maple Creek district. The Work is as described and depicted in the specifications and includes all Work represented on the maps provided.
