Description

Under this RFSQ SaskPower intends to establish a list of suppliers who have entered a Master Engineering Services Agreement with SaskPower, that SaskPower has determined are qualified to provide to SaskPower for project-based Engineering support to assist with the completion of various capital project initiatives.

Prequalified Suppliers who are on the List of Prequalified Suppliers may, on an “as, if and when” needed basis, be contacted directly, or asked to compete, to enter into a Statement of Work for the provision of Services, as further described in the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A).

SaskPower is a Saskatchewan Crown Corporation continued under The Power Corporation Act (Saskatchewan). It is principally responsible for the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity for most of Saskatchewan.

Refer to the balance of this RFSQ for additional information concerning SaskPower’s anticipated commercial and technical needs in respect of this RFSQ.

This competition is available on MERX, and all amendments, addenda, clarifications, and further instructions will also be posted on MERX.

Both a Microsoft Word and an Adobe PDF version of the RFSQ, Appendix D - RFSQ Requirements and Specifications and Appendix C - Agreement are provided. If there is any inconsistency or discrepancy between the Word version and the PDF version of this RFSQ, Appendix D - RFSQ Requirements and Specifications or Appendix C - Agreement, the PDF version shall prevail.
