Description

Under this Request for Supplier Qualifications SaskPower intends to establish a list of suppliers that SaskPower has determined are qualified to perform independent fairness monitor services.

The main purpose of this Consultant is to provide an independent assurance that specific procurements are conducted in a fair, open, and transparent manner, consistent with SaskPower policies during planning/ pre-issue stage, issue stage, post close and post award stage.

Prequalified Suppliers who are on the List of Prequalified Suppliers may, on an “as, if and when” basis, be contacted directly or asked to compete to enter into an Agreement for the provision of Services, as further described in the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A).
