SaskPower is seeking proposals for the construction of a 26,856 sq.ft. (2,495 sq.m.) building and related site work to serve the Estevan SaskPower staff.
The building is approximately 8,065 sq.ft (749 sq.m. ) of office and 18,791(1,746 sq.m.) of shop space. The building is required to be serviced with electricity, water, septic and gas. Related site work will include secured gravel compound, staff and visitor parking and required servicing, site surfacing, exterior yard lighting, site access, landscaping and other work detailed in the Technical Specifications and the Drawings. The facility needs to achieve Construction Completion by November 25, 2019.
This opportunity is restricted to suppliers who qualify as a New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA) Region Supplier.
