1011212 - L2E-ERM 138kV Line Sustainment Project

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Saskatchewan Power Corporation (“SaskPower”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of the L2E-ERM 138KV Line Sustainment Project, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “ Work”).

SaskPower is a Saskatchewan Crown Corporation continued under The Power Corporation Act (Saskatchewan).  It is principally responsible for the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity for most of Saskatchewan.

This sustainment project is required to maintain acceptable reliability to the L2E-ERM 138 kV transmission line. The project includes replacing 87 of the lowest rated D14-901 structures, as well as spar and brace replacements along the 53 km line which runs between the Ermine Switching Station and L2E-CTS/CHY Taps.
