The purpose of this RFP is to obtain proposed pricing, alternatives and options from each eligible Proponent to complete civil work supply and installations at the proposed Preston Crossing Substation that includes:

Site Preparation
Fencing
Foundations
Ducting
Grounding

The Contractor shall supply all labor, material, equipment, tools and supervision necessary to complete this Work.

- It is preferable to send only one (1) representative of your firm to the Site Meeting.
- All attendees are to RSVP no later than April 9, 2021 to confirm their attendance. If confirmation of attendance isn’t received to the Procurement Contact within this time, attendees may not be allowed on site, due to capacity limits.
- Physical Distances guidelines to be followed while on site, which include the following, but not limited to:
  
  2 meter distance between attendees
  
  Mandatory use of mask when social distancing isn’t possible (non-medical cloth mask is acceptable)
PPE required including CSA approved hi-vis clothing, safety glasses, hard hat and safety footwear. Additional PPE specific to the COVID-19 pandemic the proponent deems necessary can also be worn.
Any changes to this Site Meeting, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, will be communicated via Merx.
