Additional Bidding Instructions

The scope of the Work consists of supply of all labour, materials and equipment for the following:

Complete construction of the facility to safely accommodate the out of service PCB contaminated equipment until disposal.
- 1 - 3200 Sq.ft. cold storage facilities
- 1 - 16’x16’ overhead door
- 2 - 3’x7’ man door
- Foundation: concrete grade beams and piles
- Gravel floor complete with impermeable liner to prevent spreading of PCB liquid
Building to be serviced with electricity and mechanical exhaust system with smoke sensory controls
Related Site work including:
- Locate underground existing utilities
- Grading of area
Required Fire Alarm monitoring and portable fire extinguishers installed.
