SaskPower’s Logistics and Operations require a heated facility to conduct operations. An existing cold storage building on the site will be renovated to include warehousing, an office for 4 personnel and a washroom. Additional renovations will be required in the main building to suit other staff moves. The property is located at 4291 – 5th Ave. East (Blk/Par S-Plan 101870063 Ext 0) in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.
The existing building is of wood frame construction constructed in 2009.
Construction is expected to begin in Q3 2016 and with completion February 7, 2017.
