SaskPower has scheduled a mandatory Site meeting for December 8, 2016 at Island Falls Power Station. SaskPower has reserved a plane leaving Saskatoon Transwest Hangar, participants must be available at 7:00 am for departure. Please provide your RSVP to procurementinquiries@saskpower.com by December 6, 2016 and state the names of the individuals who will be in attendance, contact information and emergency contact information. Seat availability is limited to one (1) representative from each company. For those who wish to make their own arrangements to Site, SaskPower requires your RSVP as well to coordinate the meeting start time. Return flight to Saskatoon, will be same day evening around 4.00 PM (CST).

The purpose of this RFP is to obtain proposed pricing, alternatives and options from each Proponent to provide SaskPower with the management services for the construction camp and staff house at the Island Falls Hydroelectric Station.
