This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Saskatchewan Power Corporation (“SaskPower”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Underground Facility Daylighting, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “ Work”).
In preparation for building new duct bank in downtown Regina – North side of Saskatchewan Drive just East of the Canada Post building and heading West across Lorne Street to Smith Street and South on Lorne and Smith Streets as shown on the project daylight map drawings, confirmation of existing utility facilities, their locations, and their exact depths will be needed. The Work requires the removal of existing asphalt pavement/sidewalk and fill to daylight the facilities and restoration of the daylight holes back to the City of Regina specifications.
