SEALED BIDS, on forms supplied by the Contract Administrator, in the envelopes provided, will be received at the Township Municipal Office (Township of Guelph/Eramosa, 8348 Wellington Road 124, P.O. Box 700, Rockwood, ON N0B 2K0) until: 2:00:00 p.m., local time Tuesday, December 18, 2018 All Bidders must attend a mandatory site visit at 10:00 a.m. local time on Monday, December 10th , 2018. The work includes; • Construct upgrades to Lou’s Boulevard Sewage Pumping Station including replacement of process piping within the wet well; • Replacement of vent pipes with insect screens; • Installation of new control panel; • Installation of a 25 kW diesel generator complete with all controls and connections; • Supply and installation of all structural, mechanical, electrical components and controls to ensure the system is returned to a complete and functional state; and • Associated grading, restoration, earthworks, paving and utility installation.
