This opportunity is restricted to suppliers who qualify as a New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA) Region Supplier.
E-mail and Fax quotations will NOT be accepted. Proponents MUST submit their quotations and supporting documentation online through the MERX Electronic Bid Submission (EBS) system as a Portable Document Format file (pdf) on or before the Proposal Submission Deadline (see Request for Quote cover page). It is the responsibility of proponents to make arrangements directly with MERX regarding the use of any services offered by MERX including the MERX EBS system, and to familiarize themselves with all necessary information regarding uploading their quotations and all supporting documentation on the MERX EBS system.
