Description

LAO is currently undertaking an IT Modernization initiative. The immediate priority within this program is the replacement of the existing PeopleSoft CRM system. As part of the CRM Project, LAO is seeking to procure a comprehensive and modern CRM product/solution, including all necessary software licenses to enable enterprise-wide deployment and usage.
The procurement also includes non-consulting services to support the implementation of the CRM Solution. These services will encompass system configuration, integration with existing platforms, data migration, user training, and change management activities. In addition, there is scope for sustainment and operational support services to ensure long-term system stability, performance optimization, and continuous improvement.
This procurement is integral to modernizing LAO’s staff and client engagement capabilities and is aligned with LAO’s strategic business objectives.
