Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Saskatchewan Power Corporation (“SaskPower”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Cafeteria and Catering Services- Estevan Plants , as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Work”).

SaskPower’s Boundary Dam and Shand Power Stations each have a cafeteria area consisting of a commercial kitchen and seating area where employees and contractors working at the Site can go to buy food and beverages (each “BDPS Cafeteria” or “Shand Cafeteria”, as the case may be, and collectively, the “Cafeteria”).

Confirmation of the number of attendees is required to be sent to the RFP Contact no later than August 29th, 2025, 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. If confirmation of attendance is not received by the RFP Contact on or before this date and time, attendees may not be allowed on site.

PPE is required including CSA approved hi-vis clothing, safety glasses, hard hat, and safety footwear. Confirmed attendees will be advised of any additional requirements they must comply with to access the site.
