Port Hope Non-Profit Housing Corporation ("Owner"), a provider of social and affordable housing operating 30 units of housing at Fairview Estates in Port Hope, Ontario, invites bids for caulking replacement at 61 McCaul Street in Port Hope, ON.

A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. EST on Friday, February 27, 2026 at 61 McCaul Street, Port Hope, ON, L1A 1L2. It is mandatory that Bidders attend the entire meeting. Bidders unable to attend the entire meeting may be disqualified from bidding.
