Pomerleau Inc., acting as the Construction Manager for the project cited in the title, for and on behalf of the Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), is pleased to invite you to bid on the work for the aforementioned Tender Package.
Bidders interested in participating in this call for tenders shall be required to obtain all plans and tender documents from the Building Connected platform, subject to the applicable conditions of the site.
Bids shall be accompanied by a bid security, the designated beneficiary of which will be Pomerleau Inc., or a certified cheque for 10% of the bid amount, payable to Pomerleau Inc

Site Visit
An optional site visit will take place on Tuesday February 24, 2026 at 10:00 EST. The meeting point is at 161 Middle St, Ottawa, ON K1R 6K8. The bidder assumes all responsibility for obtaining sufficient information and hereby certifies that he/she has visited the above site and is fully content and satisfied that he/she has obtained full knowledge of all matters affecting the proper execution and completion of the work described in the specifications and/or drawings relating to the tender.
