Description

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified investigators to be proposed to be added to CNL’s Roster of Investigators as approved by CNL’s Policy Committee to conduct neutral and impartial investigations into harassment and violence matters in compliance with Work Place Harassment and Violence Prevention Regulations (SOR/2020-130) in accordance with the Canada Labour Code. The selected investigator will play a critical role in ensuring that all complaints are handled fairly, thoroughly, and in a manner that upholds the principles of procedural fairness.
