Description

The scope of this project comprises of performing repairs to the Tailrace Concrete piers at EB Campbell Hydroelectric station. The concrete between elevations in which the tailwater level fluctuates has severe deterioration across all eight (8) units of the power station requiring refurbishment to prevent further deterioration.

Event Note

There will be an Optional Site Meeting at EB Campbell Hydro Station on April 3, 2024 @ 11 AM Central Standard Time.

Confirmation of the number of attendees is required to be sent to the RFP Contact no later than April 2, 2024, 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. If confirmation of attendance is not received by the RFP Contact on or before this date and time, attendees may not be allowed on site.

PPE is required including CSA approved hi-vis clothing, safety glasses, hard hat, and safety footwear. Confirmed attendees will be advised of any additional requirements they must comply with to access the site.

SaskPower intends to hold a Microsoft Teams information session at the date and time indicated in Table 1.4. While this is an optional session, SaskPower strongly encourages Proponents to participate. To participate, Proponents are to register with the RFP Contact, via their email address procurementinquiries@saskpower.com, by 5:00 pm CST the day before the event (April 2, 2024). SaskPower will make an effort to register Proponents whose email is not received by 5:00 pm CST the day before the event, however registration can not be guaranteed.
