Description

This Project involves the installation of a containerized water treatment plant, construction of a structural pad for the treatment container, site grading for the treatment container, and all associated connections for raw water and treated water distribution. It also involves building a new distribution pump house, complete with distribution pumps, variable frequency drives (VFDs), a truck fill pump, and a high-flow pump along with associated discharge piping and valves. Additional scope includes the construction of an access road and a turnaround area for the pump house. The existing pumphouse will also require upgrades to the existing Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system.

Proposals will be received up to 2:00:00 P.M. (Alberta Time) on July 02, 2025 All proposals should be signed and marked as follows:

"Proposal for the construction of: Louis Bull Tribe No. 439 Water Treatment Plant Interim Upgrades 2025”

Proposals must be received by the submission deadline outlined above. For practical reasons, proposals received after the submission deadline will be returned unopened and will not be considered. The official time of receipt shall be determined by the central system telephone clock. Proposals shall be time-stamped and initialed upon receipt by WSP. WSP will not accept proposals by fax.

Three (3) hard copy and one (1) digital PDF copy (email) required for submission.
