SCHEDULE 5 - NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

A Phase 1 Proponent will be granted such access after the Sponsors have received and are satisfied with the Phase 1 Proponent’s executed Non-Disclosure Agreement. After this occurs, the Sponsors will grant access to the Phase 1 RFP Documents.

The executed NDA must be submitted by e-mail in PDF format (unlocked and unaltered), to Nancy Ly at Nancy.ly@infrastructureontario.ca

Please ensure the NDA is authorized by an individual with the authority to bind the Proponent.

Phase 1 Proponents shall submit their Phase 1 Submissions to the Sponsors using the Electronic Submission and Evaluation System (AWARD).

Proponents are reminded that pre-registration for the Electronic Submission and Evaluation System (AWARD) is required. To register, please use the below URL and follow the registration instructions in the User Guide uploaded on MERX.
