Description

SaskPower is seeking the Services of an Owner’s Engineer to support SaskPower for the duration of a proposed Project for the development of a Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engine (RICE) power station. The Owner’s Engineer to provide design support and technical expertise to SaskPower. The Owner’s Engineer is required to assist SaskPower with initial Project planning, specification development, Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ), Request for Proposal (RFP) and Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) processes. The Owner’s Engineer shall also support SaskPower to manage an EPC contractor.

SaskPower intends to hold a virtual information session using Microsoft Teams at the date and time indicated in section 1.4 RFP Schedule of this RFP. While this is an optional session, Respondents are strongly encouraged to participate in the information session. To participate in the information session, Respondents are to register with the RFP Contact, via their email address majorprocurement@saskpower.com, by 3:00 pm CST the day before the event. SaskPower will make an effort to register Respondents whose email is not received by 3:00 pm CST the day before the event, however registration can not be guaranteed.
