DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Pest Control Services -Property Management Group . The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

CONTRACT DETAILS
Term 3 years (the “Term”)
Estimated Commencement date: September 1, 2025
Estimated Completion: September 1, 2028
PREQUALIFICATION
Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 35 out of 50 points for the evaluation criteria will not proceed to the Financial Submission Requirements evaluation and will receive no further consideration.
