Infrastructure Ontario (“IO”) is advertising a new Request for Standing Offer (“RFSO”) to establish a standing offer with one or more Respondents for the provision of defined services on an ‘as and when required’ basis. The “RFSO for Management Consulting and Advisory Services” (“the RFSO”) is expected to include seven service categories:

General Advisory
Strategic Planning & Transformation
Economic & Financial Analysis
Technology Consulting
Digital Twins & Built Environment Virtualization
Utilities Advisory
Research

A presentation has been published to provide general information on IO and the RFSO. The RFSO is anticipated to be issued to the market during the week of July 21, 2025.
