Maisons Coopérative St. Jacques Inc. invites proposals for the provision of on-site property management services for fourteen (14) hours per week. Maisons Coopérative St. Jacques Inc. is a non-profit co-operative community housing provider funded by the City of Greater Sudbury. On-site services are to be provided at 300 Christa Street, Hanmer, ON. The proposal is for a three (3) year term beginning January 1, 2026. The contract may be extended for a further two (2) years on a year-by-year basis and based on a yearly satisfactory performance evaluation and approval from the Service Manager.

IMPORTANT: The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted. Late or faxed bids will not be accepted. The management company must be willing to sign the Management Agreement attached to the tender documents, as presented with no exceptions. Any recommended changes to the contract will not be accepted and the bidding company’s bid will be disqualified.
