Description

SMDHU is seeking the services of a lawyer or law firm in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario that includes the interpretation, analysis, advice and possible enforcement on health unit operations that are primarily guided by the HPPA, PHIPHA, MFIPPA, Municipal Act and other provincial legislation and regulations, such as the Immunization of School Pupils Act and the Smoke Free Ontario Act. These services also involve contract review and data and/or resource sharing.
