Description

The objectives of this engagement are to:

Conduct a structured, evidence-informed review of the CDLA Administrative Guide (excluding Conviction Equivalency Tables (CET) and Accepted Verifiable Resource List (AVRL) appendices);
Collect, analyze, and integrate input from all 13 participating jurisdictions, including data collection and engagement in both English and French;
Identify required updates, clarifications, and enhancements to the guide to support consistent national implementation; and
Produce an updated, well-organized Administrative Guide that is endorsed by the CDLA Operations Overview Committee and ready for approval through CCMTA governance.
