Project Description
The project is located at the Sheshatshiu Innu First Nation in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador. This project generally involves water system upgrades and associated work. The Work includes but is not necessarily limited to electrical, communication and control systems at four wastewater lift stations, the wastewater treatment plant, the water tower, and two groundwater production well control buildings. This work is being completed to provide remote monitoring and limited remote control at each location.

Site Meeting
Tenderers are encouraged to attend a non-mandatory site meeting, held at the Site at Sheshatshiu Innu First Nation Wastewater Treatment Plant by appointment. Contact Iain Canuel (icanuel@cbcl.ca) to arrange a pre-bid site visit. Questions may be asked and description of the Work may be discussed during this meeting, however no minutes of the meeting will be distributed. Modifications made by way of addenda, to tendering requirements or the Contract Documents, shall be binding.
