Description

As an organization that provides services to members, we want to know several things about those services. We want to ensure continuous improvement is made to those services, we want to know if we are providing relevant and valuable services to the membership and finally, whether there are other services we should be providing.

We engage association stakeholders in a Services Consultation Survey (the "Large Aggregate Survey") every 5 years which provides measures about our services. This data is used to develop work objectives and measures for those service areas. This large survey provides a context for a continuous improvement model in the delivery of our services.
