1014450 - SaskPower Distribution Construction Master Construction Agreements(2026 to 2030)

The purpose of this Request for Prequalification (the “RFPQ”) is to establish a procurement program pursuant to which SaskPower would establish a list of contractors (the “Prequalification List”) that SaskPower has determined are qualified to perform construction services as further outlined in this RFPQ (the “Work”) for SaskPower Distribution Construction (the “Prequalification Program”).
     
As further outlined and subject to the provisions set forth in this RFPQ, contractors that are on the Prequalification List and execute a Master Construction Agreement with SaskPower (each a “Prequalified Contractor”) will be eligible to participate in future competitive procurement processes for the opportunity to perform Work.

Both a Microsoft Word and an Adobe PDF version of the RFSQ, Appendix A and Appendix C are provided. If there is any inconsistency or discrepancy between the Word version and the PDF version of this RFSQ, Appendix A, Appendix C, the PDF version shall prevail.
