Description

Grand Erie Public Health (GEPH) is seeking proposals from qualified Proponents to facilitate the development of a comprehensive five-year Strategic Plan (2026-2031).
The successful proponent will report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Medical Officer of Health (MOH) and will:

Lead an inclusive process engaging the Board of Health, leadership team, internal staff, Indigenous partners, municipalities, allied agencies and community partners.
Provide expertise in facilitation, planning and synthesis of input into a clear, actionable and comprehensive Strategic Plan.
Deliver a final Strategic Plan with measurable objectives and methodology to track and report progress both internally and externally.
Facilitate a one-year post launch progress meeting with CEO and MOH to review implementation and progress outcomes.
