Bids will be received on the Online Bidding System before 2:00:00 pm local time, Wednesday, December 17, 2025 for the construction of:
TALLCREE TRIBAL GOVERNMENTFORMER LANDFILL SITE REMEDIATION

The work included in this project is located in Tallcree First Nation 173, and 173A and Beaver Ranch 163, Mackenzie County, Alberta.Major work items are as follows:
.1 Civil Works North Tallcree Landfill
.1 Landfill Waste Excavation 2,100 m³
.2 Landfill Waste Hauling 13,600 m³
.3 North Tallcree Landfill Remediation/Naturalization 1 L.S.

.2 Civil Works South Tallcree Landfill

Bid Documents are available on the Online Bidding System at https://mpe.bidsandtenders.ca/. Bid Documents will be available for download after 2:00 pm on Wednesday, November 26, 2025.

A general site visit will be held at the time and location indicated on the Online Bidding System. All bidders are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the site.

Each Bid must be accompanied by a digital bid bond (e-bond) in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the Bid Price. Bidders are also required to supply a Consent of Surety Form in the amount equal to fifty (50%) percent of the Contract sum.

The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities in, or reject any or all bids, or accept the Bid deemed most favourable in the interest of the Owner. Bids will be opened on the Online Bidding System.
