CBC/Radio-Canada is seeking Proposals from industry in response to its Request for Proposal
An Agreement resulting from this RFP may potentially be for seven (7) years with three (3) irrevocable option(s) for CBC/Radio-Canada to renew for one (1) year period(s).
1. SUMMARY OF REQUIRED GOODS/SERVICES:
The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation / Société RC (hereinafter “CBC/RC”) is looking for a Proponent to supply a technology platform with implementation and training services for a Test Management Tool. 
To the extent that CBC/RC will require education, training, support, and migration to the new platform, Proponents are requested to include these service components as part of their submission. 
Our main objective is to identify and select a technology platform that will support CBC/RC’s testing strategies. 
Our priorities include: 
Documentation of test cases
Execution of test runs
Customization of the tool to meet the requirement of all of internal clients
Integration with automated systems and scripts
Reporting of test execution
2.  MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: 
Please ensure your organization is able to meet the following mandatory requirements before proceeding to the next step. Only bids that are able to meet the following mandatory requirements will be evaluated. Detailed answers to these mandatory requirements will be required as part of the Technical Submission.
To be evaluated the Proponent must provide and demonstrate they meet the requirements below, without limitation:

5. COMMUNICATION WITH CBC/RADIO-CANADA

1. Any contact with CBC/Radio-Canada prior to obtaining the RFP documentation must be undertaken by e-mail and addressed solely to the CBC/Radio-Canada Representative, whose co-ordinates appear below. All e-mails pertaining to this RFP must state the reference number in the “Subject” of the e-mail.

2. Once the tender documents have been obtained, Proponents may have queries, require further information or clarification, or discover certain omissions or ambiguities in the documents.  If so, or if there is any doubt about the meaning of any part of this RFP, must submit their questions through MERX no later than the date specified in PART I: INTRODUCTION, Table 1: Critical Dates in the RFP Process of the Main Document.
