Description

At the request of the City of Toronto (the “City”), CreateTO is undertaking the redevelopment of the site at 805 Wellington Street West (the "Site", “805 Wellington”), located at the south-east corner of Strachan Avenue and Wellington Street West. The successful Proponent ( “Proponent”) will work closely with CreateTO, City staff, project stakeholders, and other consultants throughout the project to provide Wind, Air Quality, Noise and Vibration Engineering Services in order to secure a successful submission and approval of a City-initiated Official Plan Amendment (OPA) and Zoning By-law Amendment (ZBA) applications.
