The Tłı̨chǫ Government is seeking proposals from contractors to assist in the development of the Tłı̨chǫ Region Infrastructure Plan (the Plan). The Plan will identify new, replacement and upgrade requirements, including operation and maintenance requirements, for community and regional infrastructure in the Tłı̨chǫ region. The Plan will support other strategies, including Municipal and GNWT Infrastructure and Capital Plans, Regional Economic Development and Training Plans and Strategic Intention documents.
 
The Plan should provide a region wide vision of:

• What projects are needed and possible;
• Identification of priorities;
• What resources will be required; and
• Potential mechanisms to fund proposed projects, including ongoing operation and maintenance requirements.
