Description

TOH is seeking Pre-Qualification Submissions from Respondents who are qualified and
interested in providing construction services for The Ottawa Hospital Roofing Rehabilitation
Projects varying in scope and size, to be defined at a later date and undertaken in fiscal years
2017 and 2018.

The preparation and issuance of this RFSQ is the first stage of a two-stage competitive process.
During the first stage, the Pre-Qualification Submissions will be used to gather information,
assess the Respondents’ capabilities and qualifications and to establish a Roster that may,
during the second stage, be invited to bid on The Ottawa Hospital Roofing Rehabilitation
Projects varying in scope and size, to be defined at a later date and undertaken in TOH’s fiscal
years 2017 and 2018.

The Ottawa Hospital reserves the right to tender multiple roof rehabilitation projects in one
request for tender and award to multiple Respondents and/or to one Respondent and/or to a
different Respondent at each Campus.
