Description

This Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) is issued by TOH and is an invitation to qualify General Contractors for the provision of a full range of construction works and services in the budget category of $0-$250,000, as described in the Appendix A – Services Schedule. Standing Offer Agreement does not oblige TOH to authorize or order any goods, services or to spend any monies whatsoever. A contractual obligation will come into force only if there is an authorized “Call-up” against the Standing Offer and only to the extent stipulated in the call-up. Any approximate volumes indicated in the RFSO are for the purpose of financial analysis only. Proponent shall further note that any Agreement stemmed from this RFSO is Cost Plus contract.
