The Ottawa Hospital is seeking proposals to prequalify Proponents per field (as listed in the Scope of Work) to fulfill the role of “Staffing Agency” charged with the sourcing, qualifying and provision of candidates that have pertinent, specialized skill sets to fill designated roles at The Ottawa Hospital in a temporary or permanent capacity, for a period of (3) three years with the option to extend for (2) two years.
The intent is to qualify up to three (3) service providers for Information Technology Staffing Services listed as part of this Scope of Work. As a result of this RFSO, a service agreement will be executed with the Preferred Proponents.
Preferred Proponents shall be a full service human resources placement provider. Upon request, they will present one best qualified professional candidate in the fields of Information Technology to the client for review. Proposed candidate shall have been sourced, qualified by skill set, validated (credentials) and vetted for organizational fit. Should TOH request a Permanent Placement, the Successful Proponents shall distribute the posting on their platforms to ensure maximum exposure.
