Description

TOH is seeking Pre-Qualification Submissions from Respondents who are qualified and
interested in providing construction works and services for the electrical vault upgrade including
5kV and 15kV switchgears replacements.
The preparation and issuance of this RFSQ is the first stage of a two-stage competitive process.
During the first stage, the Pre-Qualification Submissions will be used to gather information and
assess the Respondents’ capabilities and qualifications and used to establish a Roster of
Specialty Electrical Contractors that may, during the second stage be invited to bid on TOH-CPF-
2018-010 -TOH Civic Campus - 5kV & 15kV Switchgear Replacement. Contract documents
(Project Manual and Drawings are included for information purposes.
It is the intent to prequalify a minimum of three (3) respondents.
