Description

TOH is seeking proposals for the provisions of qualified HR professional services with significant knowledge, specifically working with IS/IT departments in large and complex organizations in the following areas: 

Organizational design 
Compensation and classification, including job evaluation 
Organizational Change management

Recent experience with IS/IT in a Healthcare setting is preferred. 

The intent is to hire one firm that can provide subject matter expertise to our HR department. The work is expected to begin in May 2019 with deliverables due by October 2019.
