Description

The Ottawa Hospital is seeking proposals for the provision of various structural Soft Tissue and Fresh/Frozen Allografts and Cancellous Chips with accompanying refrigeration storage units as listed in this RFP for a period of three (3) years, plus an optional two (2) year extension, at mutual consent.

Proponents are given the opportunity to include in their proposal the refrigeration storage units to be used to store the proponent’s product (Pricing Schedule A) or respond without including the refrigeration storage units in (Pricing Schedule B).

Note: the refrigeration units are subject to approval of The Ottawa Hospital.

Product volumes are estimates only with no volume commitment levels during the agreement
