Proposals must be received before 3:30 pm local time on August 7, 2025 (the “Closing Date”). The term “local time” shall mean the time as measured by the receptionist’s clock at the recipient’s location.
Proponents are solely responsible for the method and timing of delivery of their Proposals.
Proposals which are submitted by facsimile transmission or by electronic means will not be considered. Late Proposals will be returned to the Proponent, unopened.
