Description

The Town of Osoyoos (Town of Osoyoos) is seeking the services of a consultant firm to provide professional services for the project described below and is requesting proposals.

The Town of Osoyoos owns and operates a municipal building used for town office purposes and is seeking a consultant to determine the condition of this facility and to prepare funding scenarios for maintenance and capital expenditures. The main purpose of the study is to determine the cost benefit and or feasibility to renovate the building versus new construction.

All amendments to the associated notice, including amended documents, plans and specifications (where applicable), are issued by the originator of the notice.
