The Town of Osoyoos is seeking the services of a consultant firm to provide professional services for the project described below and is requesting proposals. 1.2 BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE The Town of Osoyoos operates a facility (Sun Bowl Arena); used for recreation purposes and is seeking a consultant to determine the condition of this facility and to prepare funding scenarios for maintenance and capital expenditures. The facility requires electrical, mechanical, and structural assessments to assist in the prioritization of maintenance and capital planning. The primary deliverable is a comprehensive report detailing with the condition of the Sun Bowl Arena's various equipment and infrastructure. This should also include the exterior landscape including: parking lot, walkways, lighting, safety, integrity and functionality. The report should also focus on recommendations for asset management routines, procedures and monitoring.
