The purpose of the TCR is to address 4 specific Town Centre Development Programs:

a. Physical improvements

• Streetscape and sidewalk improvements
• Building improvements and design guidelines
• Sidewalk cafes

b. Business development

• Business retention, expansion and recruitment
• Incentive program
• Increasing residential uses to contribute to business development

c. Promotional activities

• Directional signage
• Special events
• Façade grants

d. Organization building

• Collaborative roles and responsibilities
• Business Improvement Area – options and opportunities
• Destination Osoyoos

Note that the items list above is not considered as exhaustive and is meant to provide a sample or suggestion only, it is anticipated that proposals to the Town will include additional ideas or details.
