Tenders will be accepted in hardcopy only at the Township of Machar Municipal Office located at 73 Municipal Road North, South River. Tender must be submitted by March 27, 2025, at 3:00 pm (Local Time) and will be opened publicly immediately following the closing of Tenders. Received tenders will be marked with the time and date received.

PLEASE NOTE: All bidders must register their name, address, telephone number, contact person and email address with the office of the Consulting Engineer by email to tenders@tathameng.com and obtain PDF version of the Contract Documents and Drawings. Unregistered bids will remain unopened.

A hardcopy of the Tender Documents and/or Drawings may be purchased and obtained in person for a non-refundable fee of $65.00 (plus HST) for each document. Payment shall be made to the Consulting Engineer.
