The Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) currently operates and maintains a fleet of approximately
2,000 buses to support the movement of its customers across the Greater Toronto Area. The
McNicoll bus garage (the “Facility”) is now complete, operations start by Q1 2021. These timelines
are subject to change.
Several departments at the TTC are involved in the Maintenance of operational garage facilities,
including garage equipment, as well as the provision of functions related to operational administration, materials management, and select repair and service of vehicles.
TTC is looking for a Contractor who will be responsible for performing the work required, while managing Contractor human resources, Contractor training, Contractor administration requirements and performing at a high-quality standard throughout the duration of the Contract as further detailed in the Scope of Services.
