Description

The United States Consulate General in Vancouver is seeking proposals for an elevator replacement in its downtown office space. Additional information, including complete proposal instructions, is included in the attached solicitation document.

Please note that per section L of the solicitation, a site visit will be held on August 31st, and security requirements must be met in advance to access our facility. As such, contractors are encouraged to get in contact at their soonest opportunity to schedule an access appointment.

Event Note

Security pre-screening is mandatory for all attendants. Please request forms for an access appointment no later than 12:00PM September 28th.

The site visit will be conducted with special arrangements to reduce the risks of transmission of COVID-19. Companies are limited to sending one representative to the pre-proposal conference, and attendees will be taken in groups of 5 or less at a time. As such, a precise schedule of the visit will be developed according to the number of interested parties. Attendees will be required to come to site with a face mask, or else will be declined entry to the facility.
