DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued by the Rotman School of Management, on behalf of the Governing Council of the University of Toronto and is directed to innovative and collaborative Proponents who can help the University to enable a user-friendly, highly customizable, secure and privacy-conscious online solution to effectively manage our career services offerings. These include but are not limited to: employer relations and CRM tracking, job boards/postings, recruitment activity tracking & support, coaching activity tracking & support, appointment scheduling, event management, communications, analytics and reporting.
Specifically, the University is looking for a Career Services Management Software as a Solution (SAAS) that offers:
- Ease of use, with a sleek and intuitive user interface
- Excellent performance and seamless scalability
- Full support for all modern browsers including but not limited to Edge, Chrome, Safari, Explorer and Firefox running on multiple operating systems
- Excellent accessibility (multi-platform); WCAG and AODA compliance
- Optimized support for mobile devices (iOS and Android-based)
- Robust analytics, fully customizable reporting / dashboard features
- Built-in surveying / data collection capability
- CRM functionality; integration with Salesforce and LinkedIn
The base term of the Agreement is 3 years with option, at the University’s sole and absolute discretion, to extend for three additional periods of one (1) year each. There is a potential that other campuses, departments and divisions (each called as a “Unit”) at the University of Toronto may decide to onboard this Agreement, at their discretion during the term of the Agreement including the Optional Years. The Statement of Work for each Unit will be negotiated separately using the pricing in Tables 1,2 and 3 in Schedule D Part 2. The pricing in Tables 1 and 2 in Schedule D Part 2 should be firm for the term of the Agreement including the Optional Years 4,5 and 6 and applicable to each Unit in case they decide to onboard the Agreement.
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

CONTRACT DETAILS
The base term of the Agreement is 3 years with option, at the University’s sole and absolute discretion, to extend for three additional periods of one (1) year each.
