DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The purpose of this Request for Qualifications is to solicit responses from vendors to establish a list of  prequalified contractors for the Master Servicing Plan (MSP) Storm Water & Wastewater Upgrades project at University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM) Campus.
